The staff is great very polite and they are great with my kids and very nice to everyone answers all your questions they dont rush they take the time make sure your comfortable before you leave i give them 5 stars everyday if I can. I recommend going there...

Brought my daughter in for a consult and we were able to get started same day. Everyone in the office was very nice and I noticed most patients were greeted by name when they walked in. My daughter’s best friend came with to the appointment, she just got braces a couple months ago and she is begging her mom to switch offices. I highly recommend St. John’s Orthodontics!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Today, my son finally got his braces off(1st phrase), and the results are fantastic. Dr Ouellette is an exceptional orthodontist—always attentive, caring, and truly dedicated to each patient’s success. We always felt confident that our son was in the best hands. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, as well. Everyone is consistently kind, welcoming, empathetic, and professional, always going above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. The service from everyone was incredible. They made my son feel comfortable while there, they explained the entire process to myself but my son as well so he was included in the conversation and the decision making process. My son was very impressed and it is excited to go back for his next appointment. Very professional and very kid friendly!! Somehow they manage to make something usually so intimidating very fun. Great experience for myself but especially my son!

We had an excellent experience with this orthodontic office! The entire team is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and great with children, making every visit easy and stress-free. The office is always clean, organized, and runs on time. Dr. Ouellette takes the time to explain everything , answer questions, and he genuinely cares. Highly recommend this office.

This place is awesome! The doctor takes the time with each patient and helps them understand the whole process of braces. The staff are so helpful to making sure everyone who comes here is comfortable with the process of getting new or adjusting braces. St. Johns Orthodontics is a great place in our community and I recommend this place for anyone who needs it.

Soooo Glad to of found Dr. Ouellette! Can't wait to start orthodontic treatment soon! I have heard such great things about him and Heather from my oral surgeon and her staff!

Super accommodating because I require a lot of attention 😬 and have lots of questions. I reccomend them to everyone and will be mad if my friends or family go anywhere else 🙃
