Absolutely fabulous experience! I just had my aligners here and currently completing treatment and my son goes for his braces, fabulous results for me and my son is progressing beautifully. The staff is superb and the doctor is phenomenal!

I went in for a consultation, and everyone in the office was very kind and welcoming. Doctor Ouellette took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was needed. I also really appreciated that they provided a written summary of everything we discussed during the consultation. It was very helpful and made it easy to refer back to later.
I really appreciated how honest he was with his recommendations, and I genuinely felt that he cares about his patients rather than just selling treatment.
He even went above and beyond by making a phone call after my consultation to recommend something we didn't get a chance to discuss during the visit. That extra effort meant a lot to me.
I highly recommend this office!

The staff is great very polite and they are great with my kids and very nice to everyone answers all your questions they dont rush they take the time make sure your comfortable before you leave i give them 5 stars everyday if I can. I recommend going there...

Brought my daughter in for a consult and we were able to get started same day. Everyone in the office was very nice and I noticed most patients were greeted by name when they walked in. My daughter’s best friend came with to the appointment, she just got braces a couple months ago and she is begging her mom to switch offices. I highly recommend St. John’s Orthodontics!
