We moved out of state to Saint Augustine and needed to find an orthodontist for our son. The staff and doctors at St. Johns provide amazing services and very helpful to new people.

Brought my son in for an initial consult in the morning. We were in quickly and provided with information needed to make an informed decision. I was very surprised the fees were less than I was expecting! We were even given the chance to start today. Within 2 hours of arriving for the consult, we left with a new start for him to smile more!

Everyone at St John’s Orthodontics has always been so patient with my son from the consultation, X-rays, braces, retainers and checkups. I definitely recommend them if you want a knowledgeable and kind Dr and staff.

This place is awesome! The doctor takes the time with each patient and helps them understand the whole process of braces. The staff are so helpful to making sure everyone who comes here is comfortable with the process of getting new or adjusting braces. St. Johns Orthodontics is a great place in our community and I recommend this place for anyone who needs it.

I first saw Dr. O in 2015 for adult orthodontic treatment, and he delivered exactly the results he promised. Due to a military relocation, I had to complete treatment elsewhere, where the quality of care—particularly the retainers—did not compare. After returning to Florida, I sought orthodontic care for both myself and my son. After multiple consultations throughout Nassau County, I found other offices to be significantly more expensive, with less reasonable treatment plans. Choosing Dr. Ouellette’s office was an easy decision. Their pricing was a fraction of others, they handled all insurance claims seamlessly, and the entire process was efficient and well-organized. The team is punctual, communicative, and thorough in explaining treatment options.I drive all the way from Fernandina beach just to get the best care! It’s well worth it! I am extremely pleased with both my experience and my son’s care, and I look forward to our final results.

This is the most consumer centric orthodontist! They anticipate our communication with thoughtful texts. They are super flexible with payments and appointments. And their team from phone to chair are kind and understanding. We were stuck in traffic for 30 minutes and they talked us thru next steps! It’s a cute, clean office and the team is always kind, fast and efficient. Update: 31 MAR 2026 — Four years in working with St Johns Orthodontics, and we’re still feeling the love! ******* Son #2 got his braces today, starting Phase 2 of his treatment after already fixing his sever overbite. Both of my sons have been helped by this practice, and I hope to get my daughter into them yet this year as well. Hands down, we absolutely LOVE St Johns Orthodontics and Dr Ouellette and his team!
