Very thorough visit by Dr Ouellette to evaluate my daughter for braces and the staff is very nice. The next visit, she had her braces placed by Dr and one of the staff members, and said it did not hurt. We both very much enjoyed the whole experience.

We have had an excellent experience with St. Johns Orthodontics. We came from overseas and my daughter had to have her braces redone. I was worried that it would be a really negative experience for her, but it turned out to be the opposite. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Outlette is awesome. He explained the plan in detail and he keeps the comfort of his patients in mind— the staff even calls to check up after adjustments. Highly recommend coming here if you’re in need of an orthodontist.

We have been very impressed from the initial contact with this office through the braces being placed. The office staff is friendly and communicates quickly to all questions. We were able to schedule my son’s visit via text message which was really convenient. Dr. Oullette and his staff have been phenomenal! They are friendly and show they really care about what they do. I have 2 of my kids in braces and my third child has a personalized plan of care to treat her orthodontic needs prior to the placement of braces. We love Dr. Oulette! Both of my kids have had orthodontic treatment at his practice. The staff are always great and very friendly. He is super funny and can relate to the kids, but does a really good job Explaining the treatment plan. The appointments are always fast and very flexible around our busy schedules. The dr and staff are all amazing. I have a special needs son and they have gone above and beyond for his dental care with his sensory disorder. I was nervous for him to get the braces placed, however the time and patience the staff and Dr showed me and my son was great.

My fixed retainer popped off one tooth when flossing. It was still attached to the other tooth so I was stuck on a Sunday with having to deal with the wire in my mouth. I googled my previous orthodontist from 20 years ago, but he had either left the area or retired.Monday morning I called several orthodontists. St. John’s was willing to take me that day. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff. I met the doctor and he explained the new technology that would work better as a retainer. I had my new retainer the next day!!I’m older (60’s)and I watched him interact with with the teens as I waited my turn. He had a calming, friendly demeanor. I was impressed.I definitely recommend this orthodontist.
