New to St Augustine and couldn’t be happier with the decision to go here for my daughters treatment

Staff is always so friendly and accommodating with appointments. We really appreciate how well they take care of us. So far I’m very pleased with my daughter’s progress. Looking forward to having her braces taken off.

The initial visit was very informative, all questions we had were answered in detail, this office is very thorough and knowledgeable.

Amazing service from the front door to the chair. Dr. Ouellette knows how to break the ice with his patients and makes the experience an enjoyable one. Everyone in the office is abundantly kind and they move very efficiently making the entire process smooth.
Patient education is also highly prioritized which I appreciate deeply. Dr. Ouellette takes the time to explain the treatment plan and what to expect during treatment. Really great office!!

It’s giving “Red Carpet” vibes! My children and I had an unmatched experience. Dr. Ouellette and his staff were the kindest we have met thus far and the most knowledgeable. The welcome board with my teenage children’s names on it as we arrived was a chef’s kiss!

Really wonderful orthodontist, staff and doc were very pleasant… super thorough in their exam, they really check everything and give you detailed info and plan of action, I was self pay so the cost was decent. Definitely check out them on the list for an ortho to call when you’re looking. 👍

So far so great! I am 40 years old, and my whole life I have dreamed of straight teeth, no overbite, less gaps. I finally pulled the trigger. I contemplated other places and treatment plans, but it has never felt so right, easy and affordable as it has been with St. Johns Orthodontics. Their equipment is high tech, the office is clean, and everyone is friendly. It all was so smooth! I'm on day 2 of actually wearing the angel aligners and no real complaints so far. Will update in 2 months.
